- Hired as lead developer to fast-track a troubled, existing restaurant software solution conceptualized and designed to replace costly out-of-the-box products already on the market. Understanding client’s strong desire, reviewed goals, analyzed requirements and respected existing accounting and reporting periods and limitations on data-entry capabilities, while developing an expedient solution to the original problem.
- Planned and implemented transition of a thirty-six seat Amcat predictive dialer installation to a forty-four seat Touchstar call center solution including the migration of a twenty-five million record SQL Server contact database, development of new interactive call scripts and the configuration and integration of two new T1 lines.
- Automated the recording and management of do-not-call lists resulting in zero national do-not-call violations.
- Developed a touch-screen infrared remote control device used to control the home theater equipment onboard Sea Ray luxury yachts. Based on the Sony CLIÉ, the remote control features a full color high-contrast touch screen display, an intuitive user interface and a high-powered IR transmitter with excellent performance even in sunlit rooms. The Sea Ray remote control is now the new standard for shipboard universal hand-held remote controls.
- Recognized by senior Sony executives and engineers for consistently delivering top-quality service and results during mission critical projects for high-profile clients such as the Radio City Music Hall, Guggenheim Museum, American Film Institute, Mercedes Benz of America, CBS, NBC, ABC, CNN and HBO.
- Leader of a small team of developers, graphic artists and business analysts during the highly successful re-development of the client's public web site and internal intranet portal with several made-to-order ASP, Coldfusion and SQL Server based applications.

- Co-Designer and installation engineer of the Daewoo Cable Network production and broadcast facility in Seoul, South Korea.
